RELIEFSF SKATE CLUB

A small, guided pilot

Less to carry.
A clearer next step.

Relief is a place to capture chosen work, keep founder knowledge, and see what needs a decision. This pilot will help us find out what makes it useful for Shawn and Katie.

Start together with Darnell. Keep the first session small.

Where we are

Prepared for guided setup.

The application and recovery foundation have been checked. Next, we connect the intended accounts, choose approved references, and try real work together. Everyday-use acceptance comes from those sessions and outcomes.

01 / For Shawn

Try one useful piece of work.

About 15–20 minutes with Darnell. We already have the earlier meeting notes; there is no need to repeat the responsibilities interview.

  1. Capture a thought.

Type a short note, or try a short voice note if that is easier. Start with fictional practice, then choose whether to use real business work.

  2. Make sure it means what you meant.

Read the proposed wording, correct a detail, and confirm only when it is right. A proposed reminder time needs its own review.

  3. Find it again.

Use Today / open work and select the named item. Check that the next action is clear without needing an explanation.

  4. Try Later and Done.

On a practice task, review the date before choosing Later. Then mark it Done. Tell Darnell about confusing wording or accidental taps.

  5. Keep knowledge without creating an obligation.

Save one practice note about a customer-experience standard. Keep it private. Reviewing it for sharing is a separate choice.

Fictional practice
“Remind me to follow up with the sample vendor.”

Choose the date together. This example assigns no real vendor or deadline.

02 / For Katie

See decisions and follow-through.

About 15–20 minutes for the first review. Meet again after real work has changed so we can see whether the view helps.

  1. Start with the decisions.

What needs your decision or support now? Choose the questions that matter before deciding what the summary should contain.

  2. Check who owns the next step.

Distinguish proposed handoffs from accepted responsibility. A reply from a colleague does not automatically mean ownership has transferred.

  3. Review blockers and carryover.

What is waiting? What changed? What has become stale? Flag missing context before relying on the summary.

  4. Check the source and correct the view.

Review the source dates and versions. Note incorrect ownership, missing information, and anything that should be removed.

  5. Decide whether it helped.

At the second review, compare what changed. Record which decisions became easier and which still required extra questions. Adjust the format or cadence.

03 / A small amount of real work

Three possible commitments.
Shawn chooses what fits.

RELATIONSHIPS

One chosen follow-up.

Capture a vendor or partner follow-up, review the reminder time, and record the actual reply or outcome. Draft messages stay unsent until a human chooses to send them.

FOUNDER KNOWLEDGE

One useful short guide.

Capture a practice Shawn wants preserved. Review the wording and permitted audience, then see whether someone can use it without repeated explanation.

OWNERSHIP

One routine handoff.

Agree on the task, standards, tools and authority needed. Keep the current owner responsible until the receiving person explicitly accepts the scope.

04 / What happens next

Start together.
Learn from what happens.

Before broader use, we want evidence of comfortable use, useful outcomes and clear ownership.

A few things to know.

Is this page the working app?

No. This is the shared overview and walkthrough. Work happens in the connected Relief experience. This page collects no task records, voice notes or acceptance responses.

Do reminders start automatically?

Shawn’s notifications require his explicit approval. A confirmed task and an approved reminder time are separate choices. Quiet hours and a daily limit should be chosen with him.

What will count as a useful pilot?

Comfortable capture and correction on Shawn’s own device; real commitments reaching useful resolution, deliberate cancellation, or accepted handoff; and leadership reviews Katie finds useful. We also record errors, effort and operator help.

What if a shared summary needs to be withdrawn?

The operator can withdraw or replace the controlled published copy after the approved publication setup is verified. That cannot recall a separate download or copy someone has already made.

Who can open this page?

This overview is public and can be opened by anyone who has its address. It contains no private operating records. Access to the working app and its records is separate.
